Our coating systems are specially designed to meet your requirements for matt or gloss coatings, e.g. with Excimer drying systems for UV or water-based inks.
We use indirect or direct three-roller systems, which can also be combined with a Meierbar doctor blade system. Realize different job weights from 4 to 20 g/m² with a rotating engraving, milling or wire squeegee bar by a Meierbar system.
The degree of matting and the homogeneity of the painted surface are influenced and adjusted by different emitter systems with different wavelengths. Especially in combination with the coating chemistry optimal matting results can be achieved.
